Own machine park
One of the main directions of development of Central Point is a systematic investment in the expansion of the machine park. We invest in brand new devices that allow for remote control of parameters relevant to the individualized production process of electronic printed circuit boards. The machines are connected into automated production lines, which allows to significantly increase the dynamics and efficiency of production at the same time optimization of other fixed costs. We focus on reliability and automatic, inter-process quality control, thanks to which our products are of the highest quality.

Quality control starts already during the initial analysis the provided design documentation (DFM), during which, thanks to our experience, we signal sources of potential problems and indicate how to solve or avoid them. This practice ensures minimization of risks associated with the production of electronic printed circuit boards. PCBs produced in our factory are subject to rigorous quality control both in terms of electrical continuity (flying probe/e-test) and compliance with a selected quality class according to the latest IPC-A-600 standard.
